We were closed due to circumstances beyond our control due to safety as we made the call that it was not safe for our customers/employees exposure to the frigid wind chill and the concern of ice/snow on the grounds to operate equipment. Came from out of town and they are closed. Says theyre open online still as i sit outside writing this but not open for business. Guess next time ill have to call regardless of what it says online.

Pricing is updated every morning and honored 100%. We can not predict commodity markets and only change our pricing to adjust for these changes which are usually once a month. We are the only metals recycling company in Kansas with our current prices posted daily on web site and offer 100% transparent transactions to every customer from live displays to printed ticket at scale with weights, description and pricing including total amount to be paid. Family owned and operated and here 6 days a week 10 hours a day 8am-6pm Monday thru Saturday only closed on Sundays and major holidays. Bill, We reviewed our records including video and it appears you had a bit under a ton in total weight and were paid correct the current rate for steel, iron and shred. I understand that sometimes it us hard to guess the amount of weight on a truck and to have a ton and a half on a half ton truck is quite a bit. Feel free to call us and discuss. I took a ton and a half of car parts to them with a old bbq on top. In a half ton pickup. They paid me sheet metal prices. Half of what I should of got. I will no longer deal with this company
